Virgie Maney

Virgie is a servant leader, ordained minister, and certified coach. Known for her humility, Virgie brings over three decades of experience helping leaders achieve their personal and professional goals. Her keen understanding of corporate culture and people-centered focus results in personal growth, higher performance levels, and success in leadership positions.

Virgie's unique insights gained from ministry and corporate leadership have made her a sought-after coach, trainer, and motivational speaker. As the founder of Maney & Associates, she provides executive and spiritual coaching to bishops, pastors, and corporate leaders. In addition, she is a founding member of a network of distinguished executive coaches who collaborate to meet diverse client needs.

Over the course of 45 years with Wells Fargo, Virgie rose from being a bank teller to an executive coach and senior leader who managed a team responsible for the leadership and professional development of over 250,000 employees worldwide. Virgie was honored with the Wells Fargo Corporate Recognition for Outstanding African American Female Contributor Award and the Wells Fargo Sales and Service Award. The Black American Political Association of California recognized her as Financial Business Woman of the Year and she received the prestigious Pioneer Award from the Black/African American Connection Team Member Network, their highest honor celebrating a legacy of achievement.

Virgie is married to her beloved husband Darryl. They have two sons, Darryl II and Robert, and reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
